Writer Fuel Recipe: Spaghetti Casserole

It's time for a new writer fuel recipe: spaghetti casserole! I'll spare you the backstory you don't want by saying simply that this is one of my childhood recipes. :-) 

Ingredients for Writer Fuel Recipe: Spaghetti Casserole

-1 Package of Dried Spaghetti
-24 OZ Red Pasta Sauce
-16 OZ shredded cheddar cheese
*Optional: Pepperoni or Salami Slices*


Instructions for Writer Fuel Recipe: Spaghetti Casserole

--Boil the spaghetti in water til al dente (see package for boiling time).
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
-Strain pasta and pour into a large casserole dish.
-Stir in all the sauce and 8 OZ of cheese
-Smooth til even across the pan.
-Top with remaining cheese.
*-Add pepperoni/salami on top. (Optional) *
-Bake until cheese has completed melted on top and is golden brown
